Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Indore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining hotel standards, and implementing policies and procedures. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
