Conduct visits to Skill Development Colleges and Panchayat offices to engage with potential candidates interested in the Home Health Care field.
Create and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local authorities to facilitate candidate sourcing.
Present comprehensive information about our organization and the opportunities available within the Home Health Care sector.
Actively recruit and guide potential candidates through the application and onboarding process.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition for recruited candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in field-based roles. "preferred experience in recruiting blue collar persons in healthcare and food delivery industries"
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Proficiency in networking and building relationships within educational and governmental institutions.
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for identifying and recruiting talent.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related fields is advantageous.
Working Arrangement:
This position operates on a commission basis with a fixed payout of 3,000 for each successfully recruited candidate.
Flexibility in working hours and locations, primarily focusing on field visits to designated areas.
Access to necessary resources and support from the recruitment team to facilitate the recruitment process.
