**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiterStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesFamiliarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and job boardsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in [Industry-specific, e.g., Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Real estate and more]Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

Benefits:

- Competitive earning : ₹30,000 - ₹100,000 per month
- Payout duration 30 days to 60days
- Projects TAT 20 days to 30days

Contract Details:Freelance / Contract basis
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and project scope
Flexible hours and remote work environment
