**Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (with Own Sourcing Portals)**

**Location: Remote**
**Employment Type: Freelance/Contract**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Job Advertising**:

- Craft compelling job postings and distribute them across relevant platforms and portals.
- Leverage social media and professional networks to attract talent.
- Client Collaboration:

- Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, including job specifications and organizational culture.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:

- Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Access to and proficiency in using multiple sourcing portals and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
- Strong understanding of various industries and job roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
