Requirements

  • 7+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in luxury segment sales and team leadership
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Fluent in English and Tamil
