  • Overall looking for documentation work of Engineering Department and presenting as Engineering Q.A.
  • Active Participation with Q.A in Audit Works.
  • Active participation in QMS work i.e QAP and relevant documents for EU Audits.
  • Scheduling, Planning, Executing Departmental working & documentation work for Engineering
  • Drafting of QAP, SOP, Logbooks, Documents, etc and timely revision according to schedule.
  • Drafting of Engineering SOPs for all machines/utilities accordance with manufacturer recommendations along with performing Qualification activities and accordingly designing logbooks and records.
  • Drafting of In-house Qualification documents with respect to manufacturers documents.
  • Co-ordination with Q.A department for day-to-day documentation works of engineering and project department.
  • Drafting and carrying out schedule training activities for all department personnel.
  • Preparation of Calibration, Validation and Qualification activities schedules of all equipments and utilities. Drafting of protocols, Report and perform activities for engineering and project dept.
  • Performing calibration activities of all instruments installed in machines.
  • Performing Qualification and validation activities of all utilities i.e Air compressor, HVAC, Water system, Fire System, ETP plant, Boilers, Chillers.
  • Participation in QMS, EHS & Project team for new plant.
  • Participation in Project Team for New Plant documentation, qualification work for new machines, utilities installed.
  • Co-ordination with Purchase department and vendors for spares and other activities.
  • Co-ordination with vendors and arrange necessary activities.
  • Successful completion of assigned job.
