Job Title: Maintenance & Facility Engineer

Department: Engineering / Facilities

Location: Dadar West

Salary: 12 LPA

Job Purpose

Oversee, manage, and maintain all facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of technical issues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities for the facility, including civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building structures, utilities, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance work, AMC services, and project execution.
  • Ensure all facility operations meet safety, statutory, and environmental compliance standards.
  • Oversee small civil repair works, fit-outs, refurbishments, and facility improvement projects.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets, materials, and inventory; raise purchase requirements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentationmaintenance logs, inspection reports, compliance records, and project updates.
  • Assist in planning upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and infrastructure enhancements.

Skills & Competencies

Technical:

Preventive & corrective maintenance, facility management, civil & building systems, safety standards, vendor management, HVAC/plumbing knowledge, basic CAD, MS Office/Project.

Behavioural:

Strong coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, and time management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related technical field).
  • 3–8 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
  • Experience handling multiple maintenance projects and site supervision preferred.
