Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-sufficient Website & Email Marketing Specialist to independently manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing WordPress websites, executing successful email marketing campaigns, and driving growth through SEO and e-commerce strategies. You will have full ownership of your projects, from concept to completion, and will be responsible for building a robust online presence for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Design, build, and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing and outreach campaigns, including strategy, list segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
  • SEO & Content: Implement and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • E-commerce Management: Oversee and optimize our e-commerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce), managing product listings, promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer checkout experience.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the website, SEO efforts, and email campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience: A strong portfolio is required, showcasing successful WordPress websites you have built and managed, along with examples of high-performing email marketing campaigns.
  • WordPress Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
  • Email Marketing Mastery: Demonstrable skill with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and a deep understanding of lead nurturing and conversion tactics.
  • Strong SEO Credentials: In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices and proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • E-commerce Track Record: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
  • Independent Worker: Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a significant plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
