Responsibilities:

1. Student Interaction & Counseling

Guide students and parents about academic programs, courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.

Understand students' educational background, interests, and goals to suggest suitable programs.

2. Admission Process Handling

Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission requirements.

Explain fee structures, scholarships, and payment plans.

Ensure timely collection and verification of required documents.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, or counseling sessions.

Follow up with inquiries, leads, and walk-ins to convert them into enrollments.

Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems.

4. Campus Tours & Orientation

Conduct campus tours for prospective students and parents.

Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work with academic departments and management to align counseling with institutional policies.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for admissions campaigns.

6. Target Achievement

Meet admission and enrollment targets as set by the institution.

Support in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly admission goals.

7. Market Research & Promotion

Stay updated with competitor institutions and industry trends.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

8. Student Support

Provide career guidance and resolve admission-related queries.

Build trustful relationships with students and parents.
