Reports To: Manager Admissions / Center Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Admission Counselor from the Aviation or Education industry to drive admissions and sales for our Aviation and ITA courses. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads through proactive counseling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.
  • Counsel and convince students to enroll in Aviation and ITA programs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on leads to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Handle telephonic and face-to-face counseling with prospective students and parents.
  • Explain course details, career benefits, fee structures, and placement opportunities.
  • Maintain and update student inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute admission campaigns and events.
  • Participate in student fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales orientation with experience in target-based roles.
  • Prior experience in Aviation training, Education sales, or Counseling preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales goals.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma or degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
