Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring prospective students through the MBA admission process, including providing personalized counseling, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the selection of suitable MBA programs. The role requires consistent communication with students, parents, and management institutes, as well as the ability to meet enrollment goals. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team by fostering strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for fostering relationships with students and institutions
  • Customer Service and Sales abilities for engaging with students, parents, and institutions effectively
  • Understanding of the Education domain and processes related to MBA admissions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet enrollment targets
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and managing administrative tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in counseling, education services, or admissions is an advantage
