Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive
Placement Officer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process, strong networking in the BFSI sector, and the ability to facilitate smooth placement activities for our students.

This role involves
regular travel
for campus visits, client meetings, and placement drives across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and corporate partners in the BFSI domain.
  • Identify and onboard new companies for student placements, internships, and job drives.
  • Coordinate and manage campus recruitment activities, interviews, and placement events.
  • Guide and prepare students for interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions.
  • Maintain placement reports, data, and analytics for management review.
  • Collaborate with the academic and training teams to align student skills with industry needs.
  • Travel across different cities
    for employer engagement, placement drives, and institutional visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, HR, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, hiring, or campus placement (freshers with good BFSI network are welcome).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI sector hiring trends and workforce requirements.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for official assignments and placement coordination.
