We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can turn campaigns into
real conversions and sales
, with proven experience in
subscription-driven growth models
.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Full-funnel ownership:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels with a laser focus on conversions (not vanity metrics).
  • Subscription Growth:
    Drive customer acquisition for EleFant's subscription plans with clear ROI goals.
  • Analytics & Attribution:
    Set up and manage conversion tracking, cohorts, and funnel analysis to measure true impact.
  • Creative Testing:
    Work with design/content teams to run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Retention Marketing:
    Collaborate with CRM/automation teams to improve LTV via upsells, renewals, and referrals.
  • Budget Ownership:
    Efficiently manage budgets with CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback periods in mind.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with on-ground activations and app flows.

What are you looking for

  • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in
    consumer subscription/D2C businesses
    .
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and app-install campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable sales conversions, not just leads.
  • Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation.
  • Hustler attitude — thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
