Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Splunk Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Splunk Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Splunk environments, developing and configuring Splunk Apps and dashboards, and ensuring the performance and reliability of Splunk services. The role involves monitoring system activities, analyzing logs, troubleshooting problems, and working closely with IT and security teams to enhance the organization's data analytics and security capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Splunk administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in developing and managing Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell
  • Familiarity with security principles and practices, including log analysis and incident response
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant Splunk certifications are a plus
  • Experience in working with on-site teams
