Full Stack Tech Lead

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of new product features and services.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure systems powering Nutrabay's e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Establish and enforce
  engineering best practices
  , code quality, and peer reviews.
• Optimize performance, caching, and database queries to ensure
  low latency and high throughput
  .
• Own the full development lifecycle from technical design to release management.
• Lead a small team of developers, driving execution, mentorship, and delivery quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with DevOps for monitoring and reliability improvements.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, long-term tech strategy, and roadmap planning.

Work Experience:

• 6+ years
  of total experience in software development.
• 1+ years
  of experience in a
  technical leadership role
  .
• Experience working on high-traffic consumer-facing or e-commerce platforms preferred.
