Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Oversee integration of applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system robustness.
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in architectural discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8/11/17) and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
  • Experience with Messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, JMS).
  • Hands-on with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Knowledge of security, scalability, and high availability best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience in leading teams, mentoring, and driving end-to-end project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
