• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong in building Data Governance Product to drive the design and development of our Data Governance web portal. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Cloud and serverless architectures, hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend technologies, and a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Lead architecture and development of cloud-native applications using AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Glue).
• Design and implement backend solutions with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Python.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and manage APIs, microservices, and microfrontends, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Implement distributed caching strategies and optimize application performance.
• Oversee DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments on EKS.
• Document APIs using SwaggerHub and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Apply design patterns and architectural principles to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure application security, including OAuth/Okta integration and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and mentor junior developers.
• Solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Good verbal & written communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment providing structure in ambiguous situation.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Practical experience of 10+ year of application development
• Atleast 8-10 years experience in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Python, eactJS, HTML, and CSS.

Strong understanding of developing applications on cloud utilizing AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Glue).

• Industry experience in defining & implementing solution using data integration technologies
• Experienced or conversant in emerging tools like parquet and iceberg , databases, and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them

Knowledge of Data Governance concepts of meta data management, Data quality management and reference data management is preferred

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Lead a product development team working on the data governance tool under the umbrella of Asia Data transformation team
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight to the product team
• Work with Business consumers and IT teams to enable data services for integrating upstream and downstream applications.
• Work with business partners, data architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of Sun Spark product and determine priority of needs
• Oversight and accountability for the product
• Accountable for service tperformance
