We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our homeopathic medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Welcome Patients:

  • Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Provide information about the clinic's services and answer initial inquiries.

Manage Appointments:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain an organized appointment calendar for practitioners.

Handle Communications:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner.

Patient Records Management:

  • Register new patients and update existing patient information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Billing and Payments:

  • Process patient payments and provide receipts.
  • Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist practitioners with administrative tasks.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Maintain Reception Area:

  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.
  • Display informational brochures and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent diploma required.
  • Additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service.
  • Freshers with good communications skills can also apply for this position.
  • Experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills. (English mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with scheduling and medical record software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
