Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Salesperson based in Kochi, with opportunities to work from home periodically. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's food products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, providing product information, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports. Regular collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relationship building, customer service, and client management.
- Strong skills in sales techniques, negotiation, and achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with product promotion, market research, and understanding customer needs.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and time management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the food industry and fluency in regional languages is a plus.
