Sales and Operations Manager
to drive growth and ensure seamless execution of wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives to acquire and manage corporate, healthcare, and wellness partnerships.
- Oversee operations for wellness programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams across nutrition, fitness, Ayurveda, and mental health.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in
sales, business development, or operations
(wellness/healthcare sector experience preferred). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and data for decision-making.
