Vroomer is building a B2B SaaS + CRM platform for pre-owned car agents and dealers, starting from South India & beyond. Our mission is to transform the informal automobile resale market by empowering agents with WhatsApp-first tools, financing, and a scalable digital ecosystem.
The role
We're looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to join our founding team, where you'll own dealer/agent acquisition, build repeatable funnels, and set up on-ground operations that scale across Telangana and beyond.
What you'll do
- Acquire and onboard dealers/agents across Hyderabad & Telangana
- Build the funnel: lead → conversion → onboarding → retention
- Set up training, support, and customer success processes
- Run dashboards/MIS; report weekly and keep the engine honest
- Help hire, train, and mentor sales & ops executives + interns
- Partner with the founder on GTM and city-by-city growth
What makes you a fit
- 2 - 4 years in B2B sales (auto-fintech/SaaS/dealer or SME networks)
- Street-smart communicator who connects naturally with local agents/dealers (direct, practical, no fluff)
- Proven closures and targets hit; you think in pipelines and numbers
- Comfortable mentoring juniors and running on-ground playbooks
- Hands-on with CRM and WhatsApp-based workflows
- Willing to travel across Telangana/South India
Role details
- Location: Hyderabad (on-ground with regional travel)
- Compensation: ₹40K - ₹45K/month (₹4.8 - ₹5.4 LPA)
