Summary of the Role

You'll contribute to quality assurance across the software lifecycle, focusing on test strategy, execution, automation, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, support Agile delivery, and promote QA best practices.

In This Role You'll
  • Design and execute test strategies and plans, ensuring traceability with specifications and alignment with CI/CD, Green IT, and QA standards.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing, using manual and automated approaches, and provide sign-off for production readiness.
  • Manage defects and reporting, including investigation, documentation, and communication with development and product teams.
  • Support and mentor peers, contribute to knowledge sharing, and promote a quality-first mindset across teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to sustainable QA practices and tooling improvements.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in web service/XML testing, test planning, and strategy design.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python preferred), regular expressions, and tools like Git, Jenkins, and Soap/Rest UI.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application testing and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and QA tools such as Octane, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
