Role Overview:

As a QA Engineer - Level 2 (QA-2) at TMRW, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop test strategies, execute test cases, and automate workflows to enhance efficiency. Your expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and debugging will help us deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.


• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.


• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.


• Conduct functional, regression, performance testing.


• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.


• Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools.


• Contribute to best practices in functional testing and automation.


• Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:


• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing.


• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.


• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, PlayWright, Appium, etc.)


• API testing experience using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.


• Experience with AI assisted automation is highly desirable.


• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, or similar) is a plus.


• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.


• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.


• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
