Principal QA EngineerPrincipal QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Principal QA Engineer who brings deep expertise in quality assurance (QA) methodology, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You'll work independently while contributing to cross-functional initiatives and supporting team development.

Your main responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in QA methodology, tools, environments, and automation practices.

  • Investigate root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions for cross-functional solutions.

  • Maintain high-quality standards for Amadeus products and contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to evolve QA frameworks, tools, and processes.

  • Support and mentor QA Engineers, Software Development Engineers, and Product Analysts in QA practices.

About the ideal candidate

  • Experience in analyzing and executing test procedures for complex systems.

  • Demonstrates product domain knowledge and understanding of customer needs.

  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.

  • Experience with test automation tools and environments.

  • Ability to contribute to sustainable QA practices and reduce environmental impact.
