Customer Relations Officer

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service, efficient communication, and data-driven engagement. The role focuses on improving customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients through regular communication, feedback collection, and after-sales service.
 - Identify and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rate.
 
CRM Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Segment customers based on demographics, purchase behavior, and preferences to support targeted campaigns.
 
Communication & Follow-ups:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails to address client queries or feedback.
 - Send periodic greetings, offers, and reminders (festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) to clients.
 
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
 - Monitor campaign performance and customer responses to improve future strategies.
 
Working hour 10:30-8pm
