Job Requirements :

  • 12-17 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in loan against property (LAP).
  • Strong understanding of policies, regulations, and best practices in lending against property.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful underwriting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into informed decision-making.
