Job Summary

Arena Animation is hiring a full-time Academic Assistant to support academic operations and student coordination at our Rajouri Garden center. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience, strong communication skills, and basic proficiency in MS Office tools. Responsibilities include managing student attendance, coordinating class schedules, handling parent interactions, and assisting in academic documentation and events. Preference will be given to married female candidates with prior experience in educational institutes or training centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate batch schedules, class timings, and faculty assignments to students.
  • Monitor student attendance and follow up with absentees via the online portal.
  • Assist in exam sheet preparation, attendance documentation, and certification processes.
  • Maintain and update academic data in standardized formats.
  • Organize and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), including parent outreach.
  • Collect and document student feedback on classes and faculty performance.
  • Support in managing student certificates, attendance uploads, and academic reports.
  • Help organize student events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain academic notice boards and communication displays.
  • Address student queries and coordinate with faculty or departments for resolution.

Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates preferred; married candidates will be given priority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), email handling, and data entry.
  • Prior experience in an educational institute or training center is highly desirable.
  • Patient, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
