**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Cold call and follow up with prospective students/professionals to ensure conversions.
- Counsel students and professionals on Cybersecurity & Digital Marketing courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career scope; close admissions to meet targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the Admissions Team for smooth onboarding.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, seminars, and webinars as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months-2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or EdTech counselling.
- Strong convincing power, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume leads from multiple channels.
- Interest or knowledge in IT education is an added advantage.
- Excellent command over English, both spoken and written.
