Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals. • Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses for JEE/NEET preparation. • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and retention. Requirements: • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET domain. • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. • Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically. • Familiarity with online education tools/platforms. • Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
