Website | LinkedIn | Instagram About the Role – Academic Counsellor (Feet on Street) As aFeet on Street Academic Counsellor, you will representInfinity Learnon the ground — directly engaging with students and parents. This is afield sales rolefocused on building awareness, nurturing relationships, and driving enrollments through personalized counselling and home visits. Roles & Responsibilities Field Engagement:Conduct home visits and direct interactions with students and parents. Lead Generation & Conversion:Identify prospects, conduct door-to-door counselling, and convert leads into enrollments. Relationship Building:Establish trust, address queries, and guide parents/students in selecting the right learning solutions. Product Promotion:Deliver in-person demos and counselling sessions to promote Infinity Learn’s offerings. Revenue Ownership:Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Reporting:Submit daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, and closures to the sales manager. Desired Skills Excellentcommunication and presentation skills. Confident inface-to-face interactionswith parents and students. Highenergy, persistence, and self-motivation to work on the field. Strongnegotiation and objection-handlingskills. Willingness totravel extensivelywithin assigned areas.
