**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Implement and oversee a guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
- Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
- Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selections
- Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgment and to work without close supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and counseling skills
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Answer questions about services or the organization-Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines
- Number focused with sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what we offer to our prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Conversion from query to enrolment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,493.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
