About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law firm providing services in Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Design. We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the company's database.

  2. Introduce and explain our services (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Legal Notices, etc.) in a professional manner.

  3. Schedule follow-ups to nurture client relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.

  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM/database.

  5. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  6. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field (preferred).

  2. Prior experience in business development, tele calling, or client relationship management (IPR/legal sector experience will be an advantage).

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and confidence.

  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  6. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
