Ready to move beyond traditional teaching and become a catalyst for creativity? As an Innovation Facilitator at STEAM Varsity, you are the engine of the learning experience. You won't just deliver a curriculum—you'll inspire and empower students, guiding them as they discover their power to shape the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a dynamic, vibrant, and hands-on workshop atmosphere where curiosity leads and learning is active.

·Facilitate projects that challenge students to build, code, design, and experiment, transforming theory into practice.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive spirit where "failure" is reframed as a vital step toward innovation.

·Guide students to become critical thinkers and problem-solvers, unlocking their creative and intellectual potential.

·Measure success not in grades, but in the "aha" moments, the prototypes built, and the confidence gained by every student.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

· A passionate and engaging individual with a background in one or more STEAM fields.

·A natural facilitator or mentor, with a knack for inspiring young minds.

·Believes in a hands-on, student-centered approach to learning.

·Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.

·Must be well-versed in the following technical areas:

Design Thinking

·Robotics

·AI & ML (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning)

·Drone Technology

·AR & VR (Augmented & Virtual Reality)

·CAD & 3D Printing

·Programming & Coding
