Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and support current and future business needs.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including defining job requirements, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
  • Contract Labour Management: Arrange, manage contract labour, their contractors and there should not be any lacking in required strength.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing and resolving employee relations issues, and mediating conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and counseling, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, manage payroll, and ensure fair and competitive structures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and provide career development opportunities for staff.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintain HR records, and manage compliance with employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, increase employee engagement, and improve retention.
  • Business Goals Alignment and Tracking: Ensure weekly that company and teams are achieving business goals and defined targets.
