to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
