We're seeking a Website Manager to define the visual identity and performance of three fast-growing online platforms. You'll lead the design and UX for highly interactive websites and help shape every aspect of their digital journey - from layout and content categories to integrating videos, audio, and gamification features. This is a unique opportunity to bring creative, data-driven solutions that optimize user experience, increase subscriptions, and deliver engaging, scalable web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, UX, and layout for three interconnected websites
  • Define structure, hierarchy, and compelling visuals for all major pages
  • Collaborate with developers and creators to launch new features and content types
  • Integrate content seamlessly (articles, videos, audio, web stories, UGC) for both mobile and desktop
  • Monitor analytics and conduct A/B testing to optimize for engagement and subscriptions
  • Develop journeys for membership programs and gamification features
  • Analyze SSO dashboard data and recommend enhancements based on user behavior
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and editorial teams

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in a Website/Product/UX Manager role
  • Strong web design and user experience portfolio
  • Experience with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD a plus
  • Used analytics tools (GA, Adobe) to inform design decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive increases in engagement and subscriptions
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator
  • Experience with Publish Story or WordPress preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
