Job Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day website operations including content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to execute website strategies and campaigns.
Ensure website is aligned with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
Analyze site traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend improvements.
Manage website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe CMS) including plugins, themes, and user roles.
Plan and implement website redesigns or migrations when necessary.
Ensure website security and coordinate regular backups and updates.
Manage relationships with external vendors or developers.
Monitor and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Web Development, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or other programming languages.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Understanding of GDPR and website compliance
