We're Hiring – Business Development Manager (Websites & Digital Marketing)

Location: Noida, Sector 63 | Shift: Day | Experience: 1-3 Years

Marvel Web Solution is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead international sales for website development and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-qualified leads for SEO, Website Development, and other digital marketing services.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Drive the entire sales process — from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliverables.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify, generate, and nurture international leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Pitch and close deals for services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development
  • Work on international projects and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • 1-3years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales.
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and experience handling virtual international client meetings
  • Target-driven mindset with proven track record in revenue generation.
