About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B & B2C sales, LinkedIn outreach, outbound calling, and institutional sales, along with a solid understanding of offline and online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Sales Plans: Develop tailored strategies for both offline and online marketing.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Generate leads and build relationships with colleges and institutions.
- Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and conduct product demos at institutions and partner sites.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through new business acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and ensure smooth client on-boarding.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and competitive solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and present reports regularly.
- Client Meetings: Conduct exploratory meetings with clients to understand requirements in detail.
- Sales Tools: Contribute to and improve the exploratory question bank for deeper client engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of offline and online sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in product or service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Hands-on experience with outbound calling and lead generation.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot) etc.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply (hired as interns initially).
