Key Responsibilities:Minimum of 10 12 years of BPO or professional services experience with 6 8 years of Global payroll processing experience Must HaveGraduate in any streamStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in HR Operations and Global Payroll ProcessingResults and deadline drivenMust have minimum 4 plus years of team handling experienceExperience in managing invoicing and billingProven expertise in customer relationship management strong consultative skillsComputer proficiency MS Office Word Excel Outlook and PowerpointExperience in HRMS ERP like SAP SuccessFactors workday etcGood to haveExperience in multi country HRO and Payroll processing will be an advantageExperience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline Celergo SAP Payroll CGI Lessorlon Decidium or Dayforce will be added advantageExcellent customer management negotiation skills Responsibility includes supervise hire and train employees manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvementsAbility to manage a team which run multi country payroll and employee data management processing from offshoreResponsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations supervising the payroll team and maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data recordsCoordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates year end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regionsBroad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll and labor lawsMaintain the requisite Payroll reports for SOX or other local complianceHandle employment termination payments and exceptionsMonitor ongoing processes and ensure timely updates to help improve internal communication and employee experienceEnsures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actionsEnsures that internal SOPs and statutory regulations summaries are continuously updated and reflect the latest regulations and process updatesExtensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in HRO field ability to monitor industry trendsAnswers consultants procedural questions by researching and interpreting SOPs and statutory regulationsCoach and help develop team members help bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issuesHandle User customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolutionIdentify process improvement opportunities and support lead transformation automations projectsPreferred Skills:HRO->Payroll,US-payoll,LnD,Data Management,Benefits,C&B
