Develop and implement operations strategies/processes to Demand Plan MoM, build inventories and improve efficiency via incremental Fill rates.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Finance and Business to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Tools: Implement and manage supply chain software and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and deliver results consistently.
• Good at stakeholder management experience. Prefer to have FMCG experience.
