Job Title: International Telecalling Appointment Setter

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Appointment Setter experienced in engaging international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.) for service-based industries such as janitorial, plumbing, security, and software. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling global prospects, and a proven record in fixing qualified appointments with decision-makers for sales teams

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our service offerings (janitorial, plumbing, security, and software services).

 Engage professionally with decision-makers (owners, facility managers, operations heads, etc.) and identify opportunities.

 Fix appointments for the Business Development / Sales Team and ensure calendar confirmations.

 Maintain and update CRM records accurately with call notes and follow-ups.

 Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the quality of leads and appointment conversion.

 Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.

 Conduct research on target markets to build prospect lists and understand client requirements.

 Readiness to work in USA & Australian Time

Key Skills Required

 Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).

 Strong international calling experience (preferably US, UK, or Australia markets).

 Proven ability to fix qualified appointments consistently.

 Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).

 Industry understanding in janitorial, plumbing, facility management, security, or software services is highly preferred.

 Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a high call-to-appointment conversion ratio.

 Organized, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
