JobSummary:

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our sales team in Coimbatore. The role involves generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales targets. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in customer interaction and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls and identify potential customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient lead management.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Support marketing campaigns and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product information clearly.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and persuasive ability to influence customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
