Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

• Manage the daily processing of online orders, including order verification, packaging, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, adhering to the company's quality standards.
• Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Packing:

• Carefully pack orders to ensure products are protected during transit.
• Use appropriate packing materials and techniques to minimize damage risk.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information and any special instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to improve efficiency.
• Operate and maintain a stitching machine for secure packaging.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and update stock status on the eCommerce platform.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.

Customer Service:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide order updates and address queries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Field Operations:

• Assist with the delivery of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Perform field tasks such as pick-up of goods, quality checks, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain good relationships with delivery partners and logistics providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain management, quality control, and logistics, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and quality management principles.
• Experience with cold chain logistics and managing perishable goods.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
