We are currently looking for a
Design Quality Coordinator
to join our team, someone who is passionate about design, has an eye for detail, and enjoys mentoring others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Overview:-

As the
Design Quality Coordinator
, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving design standards across our 3D and graphic teams. You will review and guide visual output, support the development of junior designers, and serve as a bridge between our internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of product design and visualization based on e-commerce standards
  • Collaborate with design teams to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance during design reviews and revisions
  • Communicate directly with international clients for updates, approvals, and design clarifications
  • Assist in training and onboarding junior designers; share knowledge on tools, workflows, and design trends
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

Skills & Requirements:-

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or 3D visualization
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, commercial-quality design (e-commerce/product-focused preferred)
  • Proficiency and solid understanding of relevant design tools and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in mentoring, reviewing, or guiding creative teams is a plus
