About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online business operations. The intern will assist in managing product listings, coordinating with the design and marketing teams, analyzing sales data, and optimizing the overall customer shopping experience on our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for product images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Track inventory levels and ensure product availability across platforms.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
  • Monitor online performance metrics (traffic, conversion, etc.) and prepare daily or weekly reports.
  • Research competitors and suggest improvements for product positioning and visibility.
  • Support order processing, customer queries, and returns coordination.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Canva or product image editing tools (preferred).

Eligibility:

  • Students pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
