Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive located in Ahmedabad. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing online sales channels, building and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing accounts on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others. The role also includes tasks such as sales management, team management, and using analytical skills to enhance business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Have experience for 0 to 2 years, maximize sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.

  2. Demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related operational tasks.

  3. Take responsibility for handling product listings and addressing day-to-day operational issues on the marketplace.

  4. Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Customer Service.

  5. Coordinate with the E-commerce manager or clients to manage and provide regular reports on account sales, orders, and stock information.

  6. Conduct research on new products and Analyze competitors' strategies.

  7. Test and implement new strategies to enhance sales or optimize performance in eCommerce marketplaces.

  8. Generate monthly or quarterly reports as needed.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent knowledge and communication skills in the relevant field.

  2. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.

  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
