We are urgently looking for E-Commerce Executive for one of the E-commerce Company at Ahmedabad location.

Job Description:-

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Ahmedabad.
  • The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, handling daily operations, and optimizing sales strategies.
  • The role involves analyzing performance metrics, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Additionally, the Ecommerce Specialist will work collaboratively to increase revenue through effective online sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Apps to be known E-bay, Amazon and Tik-Tok.
  • Product listing for 3rd party and Personal
  • Bulk listing and Single listing
  • Policy Violation
  • Account handling for personal or for 3rd party.

Qualifications

Any Graduation

Skills required

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales for managing platforms, strategies, and driving online revenue.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance metrics.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
