
US Accent/Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with US accent to provide comprehensive back-office support. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and support daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work in a virtual environment with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and back-office support to management and team members.
- Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document management.
- Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with a US accent.
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries/reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear US accent.
- Proven experience as in US Voice Process, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Voice Process
- Prior experience working with US clients will be preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible to work in US time zones (Night shift).
Compensation:
- Based on skills and experience (to be discussed during interview).
