We are seeking an International Voice Process Executive (Demo & Support) to provide live product demonstrations and technical support to international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English with a clear accent, strong communication skills, and basic technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online product demonstrations for international clients, explaining key features and benefits.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist clients with queries and product-related concerns.
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English with a neutral or international accent.
  • Experience in an international voice process, pre-sales, or technical support role (preferred).
  • Basic technical knowledge of software applications or ERP systems.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and patience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
